Job Summary

As a Business Development Executive in Allianz Ireland’s Sales & Distribution team, you’ll partner with brokers across Dublin/Leinster to win and retain commercial insurance business. You’ll manage your portfolio with a hybrid working model (mainly remote with occasional office presence), drive growth and retention, and build strong broker relationships through proactive management and strategic planning.

•Build and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with key brokers, acting as a trusted partner and the key point of contact.
•Deliver optimal outcomes in target segments.
•Conduct performance reviews of broker relationships.
