Job Summary

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker supporting customers in a Financial Center role, using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future needs. Complete a 4–8 week onboarding program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, then focus on cross-selling retail consumer and small business products. Proactively reach out using CAMP and approved marketing tools, meet revenue and customer experience goals, and coordinate referrals with business partners while processing teller transactions.

Key Responsibilities

•Use consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions aligned to the value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers, set appointments, and conduct periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities, including membership presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes, owning sourced loans from application through closing.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer and small business customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•Ability to represent the bank professionally through appearance and verbal/written communication.
•Working knowledge of retail policies and procedures and ability to follow them using good judgment.
