Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mature the accounting organization to support a larger, more complex global business with accurate reporting, strong controls, and predictable execution.
  • •Oversee end-to-end accounting, including monthly close and financial reporting, global consolidations, multi-entity accounting, internal controls, compliance, external audits, and tax operations.
  • •Own finance operations across billing, collections, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and related financial processes while improving efficiency and predictability.
  • •Maintain controls, documentation, and processes to keep the organization ready for financing, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
  • •Improve the accounting operating model using scalable processes, meaningful metrics, and cross-functional partnerships, partnering on workflows, automation, data quality, and AI-enabled process improvements.

  • •CPA required.
