Job Summary

Back up the Relationship Manager and mirror an assigned local and regional contracting/credit portfolio, supporting day-to-day relationship development for existing and target clients. Coordinate with internal banking teams (including FTC, OPS, Compliance, and Credit Ops) to manage transaction and documentation requests, keep documentation current, minimize MER issues, and ensure timely resolution of client inquiries. Prepare client data and reporting, maintain communication records, and support review initiation and project allocation.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a backup to the Relationship Manager and support maintaining and developing existing and target client relationships within the assigned portfolio.
•Liaise with internal departments (e.g., FTC, OPS, Compliance, Credit Ops) to handle transaction and documentation requests and enquiries.
•Ensure client documentation is up to standard and up to date, keeping MER issues to a minimum.
•Attend to client inquiries and coordinate with service departments to ensure timely resolution.
•Prepare and maintain client reporting and records, including pipeline reports, consolidated client positions, and follow-ups on RB and Technical Capability reports.
