Job Summary

Support cost management on large-scale data center construction projects with a disciplined, value-driven approach, with an emphasis on heavy civil and site development works. You’ll assist with procurement strategies, detailed cost estimates, cost plans, contractor/vendor commercial reviews, and value engineering, while tracking budgets, forecasts, change orders, and risk registers. Partner in client-facing cost review meetings and help with monthly reporting, reconciliations, and close-out.

Key Responsibilities

•Support client procurement strategies, including vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, and coordination of appointment processes.
•Prepare and review detailed cost estimates using benchmark data and prior project performance, and contribute to cost plans for early works and heavy civil scopes.
•Review contractor and vendor proposals, including bid leveling and commercial evaluations, and support value engineering and risk assessments.
•Maintain budgets, spend forecasts, commercial risk registers, and cost control processes, including review of payment applications and entitlement assessments.
•Track change orders, support dispute avoidance and resolution, and assist with cost reporting, client presentations, final account reconciliation, and project close-out.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in construction management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
•3–5 years of relevant cost management experience in construction, including exposure to large-scale infrastructure or heavy civil projects applicable to data centers or similarly complex environments.
•Experience supporting fast-paced construction programs with significant site development components.
•RICS accredited or working toward accreditation (preferred).
•Ability to travel to project sites as required and candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (remote work permitted only within the U.S.).
