Job Summary

Support day-to-day People operations in Bangladesh in a hands-on, people-facing role. Manage Day 1 onboarding and orientation, help run exit management and HR lifecycle activities, and coordinate training logistics including Harassment Awareness Training. Contribute to employee engagement and experience initiatives across locations, support local HR policy/SOP updates and compliance tracking, and provide reporting and admin support to the People Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

•Support Day 1 onboarding and orientation, including coordination with GIT and Facilities and tracking onboarding documentation.
•Assist with HR operations and employee lifecycle tasks, including exit management processes and maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
•Coordinate in-house training sessions (scheduling, attendance tracking, material preparation) and support Harassment Awareness Training rollout and reporting.
•Support employee engagement and experience activities, including recognition programs and cultural events, with logistics across Spectra and Regnum locations.
•Help support local HR policy and SOP standardisation, compliance tracking, and provide administrative/reporting support to the People Business Partner.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•1 to 3 years of experience in an HR or People Operations role.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a people-first mindset.
•High attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; experience with HRIS tools is a plus.
