Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform welding operations on repetitive and non-repetitive assemblies using manufacturing information and written or oral instructions.
  • •Operate equipment/machinery to produce parts and interpret work orders, including Kanban cards and drawings.
  • •Inspect final components against work specifications and maintain necessary tools and materials for continuous operation.
  • •Perform operator maintenance on machining and fabrication equipment and support daily TPM and 5S+ responsibilities.
  • •Provide on-the-job training for new operators and pick up/place scrap in appropriate containers.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution is required.
  • •A welding demonstration is required, along with a welding certificate or diploma from an accredited institution.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered (no relocation benefit offered).
  • •Able to lift 35 pounds (waist, shoulder, overhead) and demonstrate proven safe work habits.
  • •Must be able to work overtime on weekdays and weekends and work effectively without direct supervision.
