Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the quality leader for XBAT development, establishing quality strategy, objectives, and metrics aligned with program milestones.
  • •Integrate quality requirements throughout the product development lifecycle, including system architecture, design reviews, verification/validation, and qualification activities.
  • •Lead quality risk management, maintain FRACAS processes, and facilitate root cause and corrective action investigations across design, manufacturing, supplier, and field failures.
  • •Oversee verification, validation, and test quality, including documentation/disposition of test results, nonconformances, and management of test escapes and corrective actions.
  • •Build and lead a multidisciplinary quality organization, driving continuous improvement and partnering with manufacturing and supply chain to transition products from prototype to production readiness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • •10+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, aviation, space, or other highly regulated industries.
  • •5+ years of leadership experience managing technical quality organizations.
  • •Experience supporting complex product development programs from concept through production transition.
  • •Working knowledge of AS9100 quality management systems and ability to lead root cause investigations and corrective action programs.
