Key Responsibilities

  • •Start up, develop, and optimize assembly processes to improve product quality and reliability, including yield improvement, cost reduction, productivity improvement, and risk management.
  • •Identify, diagnose, and resolve assembly process problems using failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, and SPC/FDC methodologies.
  • •Coordinate and execute process, equipment, and material evaluation/optimization initiatives and implement changes at the process step.
  • •Lead and participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities; qualify and fan out new process baselines for new product introduction.

Key Requirements

  • •Accept a Master’s degree in Applied Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job or related occupation.
  • •Experience using KLA Archer tools for recipe setup, data interpretation, and tool operation.
  • •Experience using ASML YieldStar tools for recipe setup, data interpretation, and tool operation.
  • •Experience with CDSEM tools including Hitachi CDSEM and AMAT Verity CDSEM for recipe setup, data interpretation, and tool operation.
  • •Use photolithography workflows and statistical analysis tools such as JMP for design of experiments and statistical process control.
