Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support to the NDCAC by analyzing and solving computer problems and ensuring technology meets program needs.
  • •Implement system studies and plan/design new computer systems or ways to apply existing resources.
  • •Develop workflow charts and diagrams that specify operations performed by equipment and computer programs.
  • •Perform work under minimal supervision by handling complex issues and escalating only the most complex items.
  • •Apply advanced diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions for electronic surveillance systems and communications analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Active Top Secret security clearance.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent specialized experience.
  • •At least 5 years of direct related experience in help desk and network support, plus 3+ years in IT help desk operations troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems.
  • •Experience conducting technical research, communications analysis and reporting for lawfully authorized electronic communications intercepts and criminal investigations.
