Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for trade capture, exception management, and routing of trades to downstream systems, including adding and settlement of cash transactions.
  • •Run diagnostics, investigate and resolve exceptions, and ensure query resolution within SLA turnaround times.
  • •Coordinate asset setup and reconciliation activities (Vortex/Transaction Lifecycle Management) and handle cash monitoring, journaling, reimbursements and payments, and small residual write-offs.
  • •Enable rollout of new trade products/activities and drive efficiencies through automation and business solution deployments to remove manual processes.
  • •Act as primary contact for business partners/downstream teams, ensure handovers and escalation matrix are followed, support audit/compliance standards, and maintain MIS/trackers and process documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce or finance and proficiency in Excel.
  • •3–6 years of fund administration experience.
  • •Excellent knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments.
  • •Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, including accounting/valuations, reconciliation, and trade processing platforms.
  • •Basic knowledge of custody, brokerage, depository, investment accounting, mutual funds, and reconciliations.
