•Support high-impact tax projects tied to business growth, new structures, market expansion, and strategic initiatives.
•Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and external tax advisors to provide practical, business-oriented tax support.
•Evaluate and implement tax considerations related to international expansion and evolving business needs.
•Drive process improvements to help the tax function support the business as the company scales.
•Take ownership of priority direct tax workstreams while balancing strategic and operational projects, and respond to complex matters quickly and thoughtfully.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of corporate tax experience, ideally with a mix of public accounting and in-house exposure.

•Familiarity with international tax concepts and the tax implications of operating across multiple jurisdictions.
•Experience supporting strategic tax matters, process improvements, or special projects beyond standard compliance.
•Strong communication skills to explain tax issues clearly to cross-functional partners.
