Job Summary

Lead end-to-end continuous improvement and AI transformation initiatives within Zurich's Kraków Shared Services, driving AI adoption across Finance, HR, Administration, Procurement, and other operations. Define, design, and implement AI-driven solutions using automation, Agentic AI, Power Apps, and Copilot; promote AI awareness, facilitate cross-functional workshops, and translate AI capabilities into measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end (define, design, implement, report to leadership) continuous improvement and AI transformation projects.
•Identify and prioritise business improvement opportunities, develop AI-driven solutions, and manage cross-functional initiatives to deliver measurable impact.
•Increase AI awareness and adoption opportunities across the organisation by promoting practical use cases and success stories.
•Deliver tailored, cost-effective solutions using appropriate methodologies, including automation, Agentic AI, Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, and other emerging tools to drive efficiency gains across ZCC Kraków and relevant Business Units.
•Facilitate business process workshops to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for AI-driven optimisation and waste elimination.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in leading continuous improvement and/or AI transformation projects, ideally within shared services.
•Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and hands-on experience with AI tools in business operations (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Agents, ML/AI models) and other tools: Power Platform or UiPath.
•Stakeholder management experience and cross-functional collaboration.
•Awareness of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
•Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
