Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with senior executives and HR partners to provide thought leadership and deliver an HR strategy aligned to organizational needs.
  • •Translate business strategy into talent strategy that reinforces culture, equity, and associates’ ability to succeed.
  • •Own talent-related deliverables including workforce planning (including succession planning) and recruiting/retention strategies.
  • •Assess human capital risks and develop remediation strategies; weigh short- and long-term employment practice risk impacts.
  • •Create, support, and measure HR programs and initiatives; leverage data to craft insights and improve business effectiveness.

Salary: USD 206,000 - 235,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of client-facing experience OR 7+ years of consulting experience OR a combination, plus 7+ years of Human Resources experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience (preferred).
  • •MBA or master’s degree (preferred).
  • •Professional Human Resources certification / Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification (preferred).
  • •9+ years of client-facing and 9+ years of HR or Human Capital Consulting experience (preferred).
