Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure availability, stability, observability, and scalability of the data platform, including production issue resolution and RCA.
  • •Lead design and delivery of platform features using modern data architecture and distributed systems approaches.
  • •Improve performance and cost efficiency via performance engineering, resource optimization, lean data pipelines, and observability aligned to FinOps.
  • •Treat the platform as a product by defining and tracking KPIs for usage, performance, and cost, and applying governance and reliability practices.
