Key Responsibilities

  • •Production – Making: Ensure products are produced on time with flexibility and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • •Production – Packing: Package products and set up pallets, install/start new equipment, study performance loss, and pursue projects to meet packing line targets.
  • •Warehouse: Optimize space, time, and movement to simplify operations and ensure proper inventory storage.
  • •Quality: Maintain quality per customer expectations, local laws, and P&G guidelines, including validating formulas and equipment prior to production.
  • •Continuous Improvement: Lead site-wide projects to improve productivity and coordinate ideas across areas to identify business opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: MXN 9,000 - 18,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Graduation in an Engineering field (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related) with graduation date between June 2027 and June 2028
