  • •Manage a pipeline of assigned deliveries by communicating with Sales Specialists to align on readiness.
  • •Conduct pre-delivery and post-delivery conversations, guiding customers through key vehicle features and tailoring the experience.
  • •Ensure vehicle readiness for delivery, including final quality checks, prep/staging, and accurate completion of required paperwork and documentation.
  • •Schedule and facilitate lease-end vehicle returns, including grounding appointments and lease-end vehicle intake.
  • •Coordinate final-mile transport as needed and use Salesforce to document inbound/outbound activity and delivery specifications.

Key Requirements
