Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and scale the EMEA AI FDE professional services team, including hiring, mentoring, and building team structure for long-term growth.
  • •Develop executive relationships with EMEA customers and partners and act as a trusted advisor during complex AI/ML transformations.
  • •Align with Field Engineering and Sales leaders on joint strategies for strategic accounts and coordinate strong delivery across functions.
  • •Lead strategic AI professional services initiatives, practice development, and standardized delivery processes; design scalable engagement models and reusable solutions.
  • •Own OKRs for AI-services led accounts, revenue, utilisation, and public references; represent Databricks as a thought leader in AI/ML.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience managing, hiring, and building teams of data scientists and ML engineers, with a track record of scaling through process and leader development.
  • •Ability to scope, guide, and sell technical engagements, manage escalations, and ensure successful delivery in enterprise environments.
  • •Deep technical expertise in ML, GenAI, and data science, with a commitment to staying current in a fast-changing field.
  • •Experience leading teams building production ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • •Proven ability to develop strategy with senior executive stakeholders and align technical vision to drive trust in complex engagements.
