Job Summary

Design hands-on labs and coursework that translate complex, cloud-native API technologies into engaging training for global enterprise customers, partners, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

•Build curricula and training materials to support internal and external needs, including labs and coursework across the full API lifecycle.
•Partner with engineering and product management to understand technical capabilities and develop content for technical audiences.
•Create quality learning assets such as slides, instructor guides, lab instructions, assessments, videos, and course descriptions for web-based and instructor-led training.
•Deliver in-person and virtual instructor-led training to diverse technical and operational audiences.
•Analyze customer training requirements and develop learning objectives, test methods, and supporting flow diagrams/storyboards while maintaining current technology knowledge.

Key Requirements

•5+ years developing curriculum for technical or software training courses, including instructor-led and self-paced e-learning and job aids.
•Experience applying instructional design theories to curriculum design and learning content development.
•Proficiency writing and editing technical knowledge-transfer materials in collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
•Proficient in Linux environments, including cloud and development tooling (e.g., GitHub).
•Understanding of API management (preferred) and ability to explain APIs and API governance clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
