Job Summary

Work side-by-side in the kitchen to take menu concepts from idea through to final execution, supporting new product development with tastings, photo shoots, and marketing events. Manage end-to-end trialling of new dish concepts, control development kitchen stock, and create accurate recipes, specs, and handover documents. Act as the Food Product team’s on-site representative within Operations, collecting feedback and partnering with Fulfillment on packaging and VIP deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

•Support new product development by participating in ideation sessions, assisting with timelines, and creating recipes and food samples for tastings and events.
•Manage the end-to-end trialling process for new dish concepts via the Test Box process.
•Oversee development kitchen stock control, counting and moving stock, labeling, and maintaining a clean, presentation-ready kitchen.
•Create accurate recipes, specifications, and handover documents for Operations, providing hands-on training when needed.
•Represent the Food Product team within Operations by updating launch schedules, collecting feedback, resolving query items, and partnering on packaging, delivery, and VIP preparations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 29,600 - 44,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years Chef de Partie (CDP) level experience in a professional kitchen environment.
•Strong passion for food innovation, ingredients, and current culinary trends.
•Ability to multitask and switch from cooking to administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to write clear instructions and build relationships across teams.
•Highly organized with strong time-management and attention to detail.
