Key Responsibilities

  • •Technical leadership and architecture for backend solutions, focusing on China-specific customized projects and ongoing performance/stability improvements
  • •Define future technology stacks and development architecture, and participate in departmental architectural discussions
  • •Lead design and development of highly available, scalable distributed systems with middleware like message queues, Elasticsearch, Redis, and MySQL
  • •Set team goals, plan development processes, provide accurate task estimations, and organize daily rituals (stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) including QA participation
  • •Build and retain the technical team through recruitment, onboarding, coaching, mentoring, and competency mapping

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • •5+ years of backend development experience, with at least 1 year in a tech lead, team lead, or core architect role
  • •Strong programming skills in Golang or PHP and their mainstream frameworks, with solid CS fundamentals
  • •Hands-on experience designing and developing large-scale distributed systems, with insight into performance bottlenecks and optimization
  • •Excellent communication skills and fluent English (B2+ level)
