Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the preparation and analysis of corporate and executive financial reporting packages, including ad-hoc analysis.
  • •Perform month-end close, expense variance analysis versus forecast, and expense review with accruals/reclassification and support for accounting treatment.
  • •Drive annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles by providing analytical support and recommendations to leadership.
  • •Coordinate and oversee recurring close and reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
  • •Improve processes to enhance efficiency, controls, and data quality; track KPIs and performance metrics; support compliance and mentoring for junior analysts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: MYR 98,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/Finance or a professional qualification.
  • •Solid experience in finance reporting, analytics, and business partnering.
  • •Expert/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with multiple data sources.
  • •Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and creating new reports or dashboards.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational controls, audit requirements, SOX, regulatory, statutory, and governance standards.
