Kipling: Supervisor - Woodbury

Lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced retail store by supporting the leadership team and driving an exceptional, consumer-centric customer experience. Coach and develop associates, maintain store standards, and oversee opening/closing, floor coverage, inventory flow, merchandising, and loss prevention. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to monitor KPIs, meet sales goals, foster an inclusive team culture, and support local community initiatives.
