Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate customers’ objectives into value assessments or proof-of-value projects and build Celonis business cases and demos.
  • •Lead value workshops and engage with senior stakeholders to deliver value-driven results and secure long-term partnerships.
  • •Realize value by facilitating business value workshops and identifying opportunities for process enhancement.
  • •Scale value by managing end-to-end customer value journeys, driving adoption and renewal, and feeding back to product teams for new use cases.
  • •Collaborate with partners and Celonis Services to accelerate adoption of the platform across industries.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through data analysis, process improvement, and software deployments, preferably in a customer-facing role such as Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting with SaaS providers or enterprise
  • •Hands-on SQL experience and Python is preferred
  • •Experience with Process Mining tools/technologies is preferred
  • •Good knowledge of Business Software / SaaS applications (e.g., SAP/Oracle) and experience with BI tools or dashboards
  • •Ability to translate customer strategies into high-impact Celonis use cases and communicate value to C-level executives
