Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business and functional owners to establish and execute strategic training methodologies for assigned programs and clients.
  • •Plan and ensure execution of new hire and ongoing training delivery, including ramp plan readiness and trainer/training room assignments.
  • •Observe classes and nesting delivery, lead coaching sessions, and ensure trainers are observed, given feedback, and coached on facilitation and classroom management.
  • •Maintain and update training curriculum (call flow, drivers, samples) aligned to account needs, and ensure trainees receive the right level of coaching and support during and after nesting.
  • •Manage KPIs and outcomes (30-60-90 days performance), track and improve learner experience using training pulse/reaction/FGDs, and forecast attrition with retention initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years BPO experience with 4-5 years managing a training and development business unit.
  • •College degree (Master’s/MBA is a plus).
  • •Proven ability to manage training delivery for new hires and ongoing programs, including nesting and 0–30 day processes.
  • •Demonstrated use of MS Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication plus strong leadership/coaching and confidentiality/professionalism.
