Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor in Allianz Commercial’s ARC Cyber team, helping large corporate clients assess and reduce cyber, AI governance, and digital resilience risks. You will perform desktop cyber risk reviews, lead cyber risk dialogues and on-site engineering visits, and deliver actionable assessment reports. Partner with Underwriting, Global Distribution, Claims, and Market Management to strengthen client relationships, support global underwriters, and improve cyber/AI risk tools, methods, and portfolio insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct cyber risk desktop analyses for existing and prospective Allianz Commercial clients, evaluating exposures and mitigation controls and producing clear assessment reports for clients and underwriting teams.
•Carry out cyber risk dialogues and on-site surveys with large corporate accounts, providing expert technical consultation on cyber, artificial intelligence, and digital risk exposures.
•Analyze the ARC Cyber global portfolio, identify changing trends, and compile reports and insights to support business development and strategic decision-making.
•Improve and develop tools and methods to capture and quantify first- and third-party cyber risks, collaborating with the ARC Cyber team and Underwriting to enhance cyber product offerings.
•Implement ARC cyber risk assessment best practices, perform quality control on third-party work, and appoint/monitor third-party providers to ensure contracts, controls, and quality standards are met.

Key Requirements

•Relevant academic background, ideally a Master’s degree or higher in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields (or a Bachelor’s plus equivalent practical experience).
•Around 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing industry or consulting, with expertise in Industrial Network Security (Industrial Control Systems, SCADA, Distributed Control Systems).
•Experience performing comprehensive risk assessments using external threat intelligence and attack surface data to quantify enterprise exposure and remediation priorities.
•Proven ability to deliver high-quality cyber service engagements by assessing client security postures and providing actionable risk-reduction recommendations.
•Strong understanding of cyber security tools and services (e.g., penetration testing, malware assessment) and risk management frameworks; CISSP/CISA/CRISC/CISM is an advantage.
