  • •Define the technical vision and long-term roadmap for Feed Ecosystems and align recommender investments to user growth, contribution, community health, and discovery.
  • •Coach and develop the Feed Ecosystems team of ML engineers to grow skills and impact.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with product, design, data science, safety, community, ads, and platform teams to identify opportunities, set expectations, and communicate progress.
  • •Oversee the design, development, and optimization of ML systems for cold-start relevance, new post/community distribution, community discovery, and feed quality.
  • •Operationalize signals for subjective and objective quality and collaborate with platform/infrastructure teams to ensure scalable, reliable, responsible AI systems.
