Key Responsibilities

•Develop efficient, highly scalable, and secured services to build and integrate e-commerce solutions for TikTok Shop in the US.
•Integrate TikTok Shop with partner APIs to leverage the ecosystem and scale to a broader audience while ensuring end-to-end scalability and cohesive customer experience.
•Design, develop, and test global products for the creator affiliate and agency offerings.
•Optimize influencer and affiliate experiences, owning affiliate GMV and related activities.
•Own end-to-end product feature development, from initial requirements through post-live analysis to improve product efficiency and experience.

Key Requirements

•Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
•5+ years managing highly scalable backend services and systems using at least one of Java, Golang, Python, or C++.
•Strong software programming capabilities with good code design and coding style.
•In-depth knowledge of common databases and messaging frameworks such as MySQL, Redis, and Kafka.
•Deep understanding of data structures, algorithm design/analysis, networking, data security, and highly scalable systems design.
