Job Summary

The IT Resource Planning Lead oversees enterprise resource planning for 1300+ IT staff and contractors across 100-110 yearly projects, coordinating demand forecasting, space planning, and time & attendance reporting. The role leads a team, ensures alignment with portfolio and IT financial planning, drives process improvements, and manages contingent sourcing, analytics, and standardized reporting to support scalable IT delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage IT resource planning across domains, providing feedback, mentoring, and escalation resolution.
•Coordinate with Portfolio Manager and IT Financial planning to ensure alignment on project start dates and overall costs.
•Identify and implement improvements to resource planning tools and roll out across IT.
•Own changes in tools related to Resource Planning, manage contingent sourcing, vendor relationships, and time-to-fill improvements.
•Create and deliver enterprise-level resource planning reports and templates, analyze data to identify blockers and risks, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
•10-15 years of resource planning, minimum 3-5 years in an IT context
•7+ years of leadership experience in managing teams and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders
•Change agent with proven leadership skills and the ability to engage with and influence key stakeholders across disparate IT and business functional areas
•Strong management practices and techniques; a track record of improving team performance holistically and succession planning
