Job Summary

Lead a team managing and growing a portfolio of high-value Commercial Lines Property & Casualty clients. Own retention and expansion through proactive relationship management, market engagement, and data-driven decision-making. Support producers’ new business objectives with marketing strategies and submissions, identify coverage gaps, and drive efficient renewal workflows. Build carrier relationships to negotiate optimal terms and serve as a trusted advisor on emerging risks and regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and strategically grow a high-value Property/Casualty client book to drive retention and expansion.
•Lead and support producers’ new business growth through marketing strategies, submissions, and proposal development.
•Proactively identify and address coverage gaps, recommending enhancements to maximize protection and opportunity.
•Drive renewal and new business workflows by designing efficient processes, automating data collection, and mentoring team members.
•Act as a market strategist and trusted advisor by monitoring carrier appetites/trends and educating clients on emerging risks and regulatory changes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience in Property/Casualty.
•Experience as a manager, team lead/supervisor, or in another leadership role with staff management responsibilities.
•P&C Insurance License required upon hire, plus a preferred professional insurance designation (e.g., CIC, CISR, CPCU, CRM, AAI).
•Proficiency with Word and Excel, and experience with an agency management system (EPIC highly desired).
•Strong written communication, analytical/problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead data-driven decision-making.
