Job Summary

Serve as a corporate fiduciary post-death by administering complex trust and probate estates and providing expert trust and estate settlement counsel. Maintain fiduciary expertise across investment, tax, and related wealth issues; interpret legal instruments; resolve trust/estate issues; and apply sound fiduciary judgment. Manage high-net-worth client relationships with high-touch communication and partnership with Field Sales, while meeting individual and team sales goals and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

•Fulfill KeyBank’s fiduciary responsibilities post-death by serving as a fiduciary for trust and probate estates and administering complex estate matters.
•Maintain deep fiduciary expertise across fiduciary, investment, tax, and other wealth issues; design and deliver fiduciary solutions for high net worth clients with complex needs.
•Analyze and interpret legal instruments to determine the bank’s duties and responsibilities as corporate fiduciary, and resolve trust/estate legal and tax-related issues.
•Provide high-level client service and communications, including advising on administration and distribution timing and proactive client contact in line with service standards.
•Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory/legal requirements, mitigate risk on assigned business, and meet individual sales goals to support team objectives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 71,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•J.D. preferred with specialty in trust and probate estate administration, or at least five years of personal trust administration and probate administration experience (or equivalent experience with progress toward Cannon Trust Schools I, II, and III).
•Minimum undergraduate degree in a business-related field (or equivalent experience in personal trust administration and probate administration).
•Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communications skills.
•Strong customer focus and ability to work as part of a sales and client servicing team.
•Working knowledge of investments/securities.
