Key Responsibilities

  • •Tag/record general equipment in N-ERP and maintain subsidiary accounts for Assets Under Development, Fixed Assets, and Accumulated Depreciation.
  • •Perform physical inventories (including containers), conduct spot checks, and validate shipping manifests against container contents.
  • •Complete daily N-ERP transactions and actions accurately to ensure new assets are recorded within required timelines.
  • •Conduct stock screening and complete daily, weekly, and monthly property reports including inventory, property pass, MILSTRIP, OM&S, and GE.
  • •Interface with NSWC technical departments and property/procurement stakeholders; update SOPs/process guides as needed and attend training/KT sessions.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be a US Citizen able to pass a government background investigation to obtain a DoD clearance.
  • •Associate's degree OR three (3) years or more of work experience.
  • •Experience with inventory management, procurement, or purchasing.
  • •Working experience using N-ERP for inventory control (or similar logistics supply chain tools).
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to work independently across online databases.
