Job Summary

Provide on-site inventory and property management support for NSWC day-to-day Corporate Operations/Property Management activities. You will tag and record general equipment in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP), conduct physical inventory and container counts, reconcile auditable property records to FIAR standards, validate shipping manifests, and complete daily N-ERP transactions and property reports. You’ll interface with technical departments and stakeholders while updating SOPs and delivering reliable metrics for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Tag/record general equipment in N-ERP and maintain subsidiary accounts for Assets Under Development, Fixed Assets, and Accumulated Depreciation.
•Perform physical inventories (including containers), conduct spot checks, and validate shipping manifests against container contents.
•Complete daily N-ERP transactions and actions accurately to ensure new assets are recorded within required timelines.
•Conduct stock screening and complete daily, weekly, and monthly property reports including inventory, property pass, MILSTRIP, OM&S, and GE.
•Interface with NSWC technical departments and property/procurement stakeholders; update SOPs/process guides as needed and attend training/KT sessions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 60,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Must be a US Citizen able to pass a government background investigation to obtain a DoD clearance.
•Associate's degree OR three (3) years or more of work experience.
•Experience with inventory management, procurement, or purchasing.
•Working experience using N-ERP for inventory control (or similar logistics supply chain tools).
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to work independently across online databases.
