Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform detailed review of ICS P&L, including variance analysis, to surface key insights and risks/opportunities.
  • •Support and lead Annual and Long-Range planning processes and incorporate strategic insights into long-term analytic processes.
  • •Independently deliver performance analysis to partners, translating data into actionable insights for finance decision support.
  • •Collaborate across BU FP&A, Market & LFO teams, FDS, and Controllership to provide consultative finance support on initiatives.
  • •Drive finance transformation by supporting adoption of GenAI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve forecasting and decision support.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, including the ability to identify trends and develop insights.
  • •Solid working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Think cell, and TM1, with data modelling experience preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of P&L and card economics.
  • •Excellent communication skills to tell stories through data and present insights to stakeholders.
  • •Ability to work collaboratively and independently with partners in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
