Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver major features and architectural improvements across the Add-ons stack, including moderation pipelines, reviewer tools, and DevHub.
  • •Establish and maintain engineering standards for operational readiness, runbooks, incident response, on-call practices, and definitions of done.
  • •Create robust observability systems and data-backed insights to improve reliability and production readiness.
  • •Improve CI/CD pipelines using declarative, pipeline-as-code approaches and ensure safer, reproducible releases.
  • •Write clear technical documentation (design notes, ADRs, runbooks, incident write-ups) and debug failures across frontend, backend, async jobs, and data stores.
