Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead space planning and site strategy for new office openings, expansions, and consolidations, partnering on lease negotiations and capital planning.
  • •Manage and mentor a team of regional office managers to ensure consistent global execution of workplace programs.
  • •Build and maintain scalable facilities frameworks (playbooks, vendor standards, safety protocols) for local execution.
  • •Ensure all office locations comply with local labor, safety, and building regulations in coordination with Legal and local teams.
  • •Serve as senior escalation point and lead end-to-end major facilities projects, including buildouts, relocations, and new market entries.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years in facilities or workplace strategy with experience managing a multi-site office portfolio.
  • •Experience building and scaling workplace strategy aligned with business growth, ideally in a high-growth tech company.
  • •Strong project management experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from planning through delivery.
  • •Experience managing and coaching a team of office managers or similar direct reports.
  • •Experience negotiating leases, vendor contracts, and master service agreements at a portfolio level.
