Senior Infrastructure Engineer to own and evolve Webflow’s production cloud platform across AWS and GCP, manage multi-region Kubernetes, and advance infrastructure-as-code with Pulumi/Terraform. You’ll shape observability, AI-powered automation, and on-call reliability for a remote-first, globally distributed product used by millions, partnering with cross-functional teams and expanding the engineering footprint internationally.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and evolve the cloud platform that supports the product and engineering teams, including compute, EKS fleet, serverless infra, networking, and cloud operations across AWS and GCP.
•Design and maintain infrastructure-as-code foundations and shared components used by other teams.
•Design and maintain the networking layer to ensure reliability, security, and scalability across cloud environments.
•Improve observability by enhancing dashboards, alerts, and SLOs so issues are caught early and on-call pages are actionable.
•Build and maintain AI-powered automation for cloud infra management (policy-as-code, drift detection, LLM-assisted runbooks).

•5+ years of experience owning and operating cloud infrastructure in a customer-facing environment with minimal downtime

•Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Pulumi or Terraform
•Experience navigating multi-region or multi-cloud environments on AWS or GCP
