Oversee execution of visual merchandising and operational processes, analyze business performance data, and drive product presentation through recovery, restock, and destock. Partner with store leadership on budgets, expenses, and sell-thru metrics, and lead and coach the visual team to deliver brand standards and operational efficiency.
