Job Summary

Lead third-party warehouse and transportation operations for finished goods and consumables in Thailand. Manage 3PL logistics strategy, optimize network performance and costs, and improve warehouse capacity through data-driven analysis. Oversee transportation planning and delivery execution, support audits and corrective actions, and run monthly supplier performance reviews using KPIs. Also coach and develop team members while initiating continuous improvement and special cost-saving projects.

•Strong knowledge of warehousing processes, transportation management, and international shipping operations.
•Experience in Lean / Six Sigma projects, productivity improvement, and logistics cost optimization.
•Good command of spoken and written English; proficient in MS Office and logistics systems such as SAP or WMS is an advantage.
