Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive manufacturing performance by reducing variability across assembly and test to improve yield, quality, and reliability.
  • •Perform yield analysis using statistical and data-driven methods to diagnose and resolve yield and reliability issues.
  • •Identify and communicate process-, material-, and equipment-related yield sensitivities and support corrective actions and process optimization.
  • •Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Planning, Process, and Equipment teams to resolve cross-functional constraints and complex challenges.
  • •Develop and maintain Pareto analysis of yield and quality limiters and present data-driven recommendations with clear next steps.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across all levels.
  • •Growth mindset and passion for continuous learning.
  • •Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus; demonstrated leadership and impact are desirable.
