Key Responsibilities

•Lead the architectural evolution of core storage engine components and identify/resolving performance bottlenecks in indexing layouts, serialization formats, and resource utilization.
•Lead cross-organizational initiatives to build industry-leading observability solutions.
•Work with a globally distributed team focused on Elasticsearch logs and metrics capabilities.
•Drive continuous operational and system improvements through clean coding standards and architectural clarity across the platform.
•Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor/technical advisor; triage, resolve, and review issues and pull requests.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 159,800 - 252,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Have strong core Java skills, including deep understanding of concurrency primitives and ability to design and optimize data structures and algorithms.
•Have experience indexing, storing, and querying time-series or logs data, and familiarity with storage technologies such as Elasticsearch, Solr, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Prometheus.
