Mainframe VTAM Engineer - Remote - Multiple locations

Resolve complex incidents for Truist network applications by performing problem tracking, diagnosis, and root-cause analysis, including programming and debugging when needed. Investigate service tickets, identify trends, and recommend long-term improvements. Document user interactions and incident resolution steps, communicate status to internal customers, and occasionally engage and manage outside vendors. You may also lead moderately complex initiatives and mentor teammates, including possible people management for a small team.
