Provide onboarding and ongoing support to K12-powered school families in Arizona, helping students and parents navigate account setup, platform access, and attendance expectations. You’ll deliver customer service through phone, chat, and email, reset login credentials, document support cases in PowerSchool, and proactively reach out to families showing early disengagement. Partner with the Family Engagement Coordinator to support training and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email to students, families, and school staff, focusing on onboarding and engagement.
•Welcome new families and guide them through account setup, platform navigation, and orientation resources.
•Assist with login and password resets, platform access, and basic technical support.
•Provide attendance guidance and conduct proactive follow-ups to families showing early disengagement or irregular attendance.
•Accurately document all interactions and support cases in PowerSchool and share customer feedback with school leadership.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or GED) and 1 year or less of relevant customer support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Ability to clear a required background check.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
