Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Infrastructure Project Managers with planning and delivery of infrastructure deployments
  • •Track timelines, schedules, vendor coordination, and milestone progress across active projects
  • •Participate in client and vendor calls, take detailed notes and manage follow-up tasks
  • •Help maintain internal project documentation including IP sheets, equipment trackers, project timelines, and Confluence pages
  • •Coordinate delivery windows, cabling schedules, and installation timelines with vendors (AV, Security, ISP, Furniture, etc.)
Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 23 hourly
