Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle customer and broker enquiries, resolving issues within delegated authority and in line with the claims philosophy.
  • •Gather information and documentation to assess claims and make decisions within delegated authority, escalating complex or high-value cases.
  • •Manage annuity claims and back-to-work processes, including continued eligibility and administering partial claim payments.
  • •Maintain accurate records on the Lifeware administration platform and ensure customer-specific claims processes and service requirements are followed.
  • •Produce claims reporting for key distributors and stakeholders and support process improvements, initiatives, system developments, and UAT.
