Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain long-term relationships with key financial ecosystem partners as the primary technical point of contact.
•Collaborate with partners to define and implement successful technical integrations and deliver projects on time.
•Establish SLAs and performance standards, using metrics and data analysis to monitor and improve partner health.
•Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Partner Development to drive process enhancements and technical solutions.
•Assist in incident resolution by coordinating internal teams and managing partner communications to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Minimum of 6 years of experience in partner management, technical project management, or business operations, especially managing external partnerships.
•Experience with payment technologies and ecosystems.
•Proven ability to drive medium to large-sized technical projects with external partners and cross-functional internal stakeholders.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
