Job Summary

Lead small- to medium-scale proposal pursuits from early capture through client interviews for the advisory business line. Conduct detailed RFP/RFQ analysis, build compliance matrices, manage schedules and deadlines, and develop win themes, differentiators, and storyboards. Coordinate proposal content with technical and business development teams, draft or edit non-technical sections in InDesign, and facilitate Pink/Red Team reviews to improve quality and competitiveness. Mentor junior proposal staff.

•Perform detailed RFP/RFQ analysis and develop compliance matrices to address all client requirements.
•Develop and manage proposal schedules, coordinating milestones and deadlines for timely, compliant submissions.
•Coordinate proposal content development (outlines, templates, content plans) and collaborate with technical teams for cohesive messaging.
•Facilitate Pink and Red Team reviews, incorporating feedback and managing revisions; ensure quality control prior to submission.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience collaborating within a marketing team to lead and/or support proposal activities, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Working knowledge of proposal and presentation strategy, including organization, writing, production, and marketing best practices, processes, and tools.
•Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
•Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and complex deliverables with strong attention to detail.
•Ability to produce accurate, compliant, and compelling deliverables and demonstrate leadership qualities and initiative.
