Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement an agentic AI system integrating knowledge graphs, LLMs, and autonomous agents for SAP service and support.
  • •Construct a multi-source RDF knowledge graph grounded in a formally defined ontology by ingesting heterogeneous SAP data and lifecycle metadata.
  • •Develop LLM-powered agents that reason over interconnected knowledge and convert natural-language queries into SPARQL for explainable retrieval.
  • •Deliver a benchmarked pipeline and evaluation framework to assess agent and KG performance.
  • •Advance research through rigorous experimentation, literature review, and publication of results.

Key Requirements

  • •MSc or engineering degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (top academic performers preferred).
  • •Strong background in NLP and machine learning, including transformer architectures and LLMs.
  • •Proficiency in Python and libraries including Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, and PyTorch/TensorFlow.
  • •Familiarity with knowledge graphs and semantic web standards including RDF and SPARQL, plus graph databases such as Neo4j and Apache Jena.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (French is a plus).
