Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end‑to‑end AI agent development from discovery through reliable production outcomes.
  • •Set and uplift AI engineering standards, practices, and ways of working across squads.
  • •Drive secure, scalable, observable AI‑native solutions that perform in production.
  • •Partner closely with product, design, and business stakeholders to solve meaningful problems.
  • •Support and mentor engineers to build capability and engineering excellence.

Key Requirements
