Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver engaging plant tours and onboarding experiences while maintaining scheduling for tours, drug screens, and orientations.
  • •Manage orientation communications, handle no-show processes, and manage PPE during tours for facility positions.
  • •Assist with job interest forms, offers, self-ID tasks, background checks, and disposition of candidates post-offer.
  • •Maintain I-9 compliance including weekly audits, documentation review, and Section 1/Section 2 completion.
  • •Support onboarding validations for new hires/job changes, notify stakeholders of orientation schedules, and cross-train to cover learning duties for other locations.

Salary: USD 23.08 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of relevant work experience providing HR administrative support.
  • •Maintain I-9 compliance, including audits and corrections, and ensure new hires complete I-9 sections on time.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • •Strong organizational/time management skills with attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration (preferred) or equivalent work experience; bilingual preferred.
