Job Summary

Lead engineering efforts to build and govern a Document Intelligence platform enabling enterprise AI use cases. Key Responsibilities

•Build a platform for Document Intelligence to deliver standardized, robust, scalable solutions for enterprise AI use cases.
•Design and implement end-to-end scalable solutions supporting AI services, workflows, and platform capabilities.
•Own architecture and technical governance via design/architecture reviews and enforcing engineering standards, coding practices, documentation, and QA.
•Lead hands-on engineering focused on API development, unit/integration testing, defect resolution, and partnering with QA on test cases and test data.
•Deploy and scale on cloud (GCP) using Kubernetes, and ensure reliability, performance, and compliance through monitoring, load/performance testing, optimization, and incident response.

Key Requirements

•Act as a senior tech lead with strong solution design and hands-on coding expertise, demonstrating technical problem-solving plus analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Hold a university degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
•Bring 10+ years of IT experience (preferably enterprise application or platform development) and 6+ years’ hands-on proficiency in Java and Python for backend and platform engineering.
•Have 5+ years of IT lead experience on in-house solutions.
•Have knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, micro-frontend architecture, and LLM-related solutions as a strong advantage.
